Anchor Core AI was founded by Robert Lee Holloway II, a retired United States Coast Guard veteran, with a conviction that technology should serve people, protect dignity, and help restore hope.
The name Anchor Core AI was chosen intentionally. It comes from Hebrews 6:19, Robert’s favorite Bible verse and a guiding expression of his Christian faith.
An anchor represents something firm and secure, even when the waters around us are uncertain. That is the foundation upon which Anchor Core AI was built.
Why We Exist
Too many veterans and families become overwhelmed by systems they were never taught to navigate. Important records become scattered. Decisions are difficult to understand. People are repeatedly asked to explain painful experiences while trying to secure the assistance they need.
Anchor Core AI exists to help change that.
Our work combines careful research, evidence verification, responsible technology, and compassionate advocacy to help individuals and families navigate complicated circumstances with greater clarity and dignity.

Built Through Experience
Anchor Core AI’s first foundational case study, Operation Restore, began with the founder’s own experience navigating complex veteran benefits and mortgage systems.
That work helped establish our approach: recover the record, verify the facts, identify the right authority, prepare actionable evidence, and follow through.
The same standard now guides our broader mission to support veterans, families, and historical societies.
